We had a wonderful training experience with DDi. Our instructor, Nico, was fun and engaging and very relatable. He taught the whole team such practical tools for first aid and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. DDI is the best. From enquiry to the end of training the team was excellent and professional. Nataśa kept me updated at all times and we didn't have to always query things. She was very informative and knows their processes well. Lourens was great as well, our students loved him and study materials and experiences he shared with them. We had our 1 day basic first aid training done by DDi's at the office and was a great experience. The facilitator, Keletso was well informed and made the training fun and not boring. We did not only do theory but had a lot of time to do the practical training. Will definitely recommend DDi to others.

The content was clear, practical, and engaging, with a great balance between theory and hands-on practice. The instructor’s expertise ensured we all left feeling confident in our new skills. Great experience and you learn a lot. A full day filled with education and practical experience. Would definitely suggest doing your First Aid here and they also provide other qualifications that you may need.

Would really reccomend doing your First Aid course through DDi. Very well planned and professionally presented with all the necessary material for the course provided. You also do some practical training to help you if you ever need to use your First Aid!

I enjoyed the SHE Rep course, presented to me by the institute, great atmosphere and pleasant staff. The instructor was very good at presenting the course and made it very fun and informative. The instructor made it easy to integrate and develop with the fellow learners. Will definitely recommend this institute to anyone. We did a first aid level 1 training with DDi. Everything was amazing. We were looking for a place with affordable prices and the company has affordable prices. From the administration work to the training itself. Reinette is amazing and is a great communicator, our training instructor Graeme was also very great. He was patient with us, he explained all principles well and attended to our questions. Overall we were very happy with our training and would definitely recommend to anyone considering doing training with DDi.
We did the First Aid course with DDI. The instructor kept it interesting and encouraged us to participate and answered all questions throughout the session. He made sure we understood and even told us stories of his own experiences in between. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
