How long is the First Aid Level 1 public class?

Yes. Our first aid training is accredited by the Department of Employment and Labour and aligned to the QCTO curriculum, and the certificate is valid for 3 years.

What do delegates need for a public class?

Delegates must be able to read, write and understand English, and we need each delegate's ID copy before the training.

Work-related training: for professionals who need first aid for work purposes, companies, primary and high school teachers, gym and fitness instructors, and field guides and park rangers. Start with First Aid Level 1 (Basic Emergency First Aid Responder).
Family training: for new parents, families wanting to learn general first aid and CPR, and nannies and au pairs. Our sister brand runs the Family First Aid and CPR course.

Public classes at our Centurion venue

Individuals and small groups can join a public class at our venue in Rooihuiskraal. These courses run as public classes in Centurion:

First Aid Level 1 (Basic Emergency First Aid Responder): R1,050 per person. 1 day course, 8:30am to 4:30pm (self-study ahead of training required). Coffee, tea, water and light lunch provided.
First Aid Level 3 (Advanced Emergency First Aid Responder): R3,280 per person, over two weekends.
Basic Fire Fighting: R890 per person. Half day course, 8:30am to 1pm.

SHE Rep Training runs as an online public class: R1,150 per person. 1 day, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Delegates must be able to read, write and understand English. Certificates are given on the day if we have received your ID copy before the training and, for first aid, you are found competent in testing.

Onsite training in Centurion

We also train groups at your own workplace anywhere in Centurion, from R730 per person for First Aid Level 1 for groups of 20 or more (R950 for 4 to 9, excl. VAT). Contact us with your address and group size for a quote.

First Aid Level 2 (Intermediate Emergency First Aid Responder) runs onsite only, from R1,490 per person for groups of 20 or more (R1,980 for 4 to 9), excl. VAT.
