What is First Aid Level 2 Intermediate?
Workplace emergencies can happen at any time, and the difference between a quick, confident response and hesitation could save lives. That’s why First Aid Level 2 Intermediate training is such an important step beyond the basics.
- Level 1 Basic provides the basics: CPR, wound care, bleeding control and simple emergency response. It’s designed for low-risk environments like small offices or retail spaces.
- Level 2 Intermediate builds on that foundation: managing seizures, dealing with chest and abdominal injuries, and responding to medical emergencies like allergic reactions or diabetic complications.
Level 1 Basic prepares you for common incidents. Level 2 Intermediate equips you to manage more complex emergencies in moderate-risk workplaces such as schools, warehouses and larger office environments.
